By accessing or using Mushrif AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

2. License

Subject to your subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your internal business purposes.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it to violate any applicable laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

4. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all project data you upload. We process it only to deliver the service to you.

5. Liability

Mushrif AI is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
